Quality Management Department Hosts Skills Competition to Enhance Expertise

Created on:2025-11-05

Recently, the Quality Management Department of Sichuan Tire organized a labor skills competition for Equipment Inspection and Visual Inspection positions. This initiative aimed to strengthen quality awareness, enhance skills, and solidify product quality.

The competition featured two tracks: Equipment Inspection and Visual Inspection, attracting a total of 84 quality inspectors to compete. Among them, 20 participants were in the Equipment Inspection group and 64 in the Visual Inspection group. The comprehensive assessment combined theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills.

Adhering to the principles of "Quantifiable Standards, Replicable Actions, and Traceable Results," the competition evaluated the Equipment Inspection group on key aspects such as standard parameter setting, calibration, and abnormal situation handling. The Visual Inspection group was assessed based on the accuracy and efficiency of defect identification in areas like the tread, sidewall, and inner liner, while performing standardized operations including tire lifting, turning, and rotating.
